GETTING YOUR ORDER

 

WHERE ARE YOU ORDERING FROM?

 

International delivery - worldwide

 

Products are delivered abroad with shipping costs that vary regionally based on your shipping address, with the exception of special discounted periods. We continuously inform you about your order or pre-order and delivery process in automatic e-mail updates and through our customer service. In case of unsuccessful delivery - in some countries - the packages will be sent to the dispatch point, in which case you will be notified by the courier company.

 

Delivery within Hungary

 

Within Hungary, shipping is free on orders above 40 000 HUF. For orders below 40 000 HUF a shipping fee of 1500 HUF applies. 

 

 For domestic orders, you can choose from the following options:

  1. Store pick-up: After a credit card payment or bank transfer we process your order and notify you via email when your parcel is ready to be picked up. You can then pick it up in person during the current opening hours of the Repertory Concept Store (1111 Budapest, Budafoki út 5.).
  2. Home Delivery: Packages will be shipped between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. to the specified shipping address. In case of unsuccessful delivery, you may not receive the order the next working day, but at a time agreed with the courier.

 

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

 

  1. General order: Shipping and delivery of your order are between 3-10 working days, depending on your shipping address.
  2. Pre-orders: As you may know, at DAIGE, we avoid unnecessary stockpiling. Pre-ordered garments are made to order and may take a little longer to ship. Depending on your shipping address, the expected shipping is between 7-21 working days.
